Probably a scam. I got a text to call urgently but didn't say why.
They just phoned my elderly father-in-law on his land line and luckily my husband had just arrived at the house when they phoned. They told him that they were the National Crime Agency and that there had been fraud on his bank account. This company is called trades under various names including UClaim4Me,UManage4me,TheUGroup,Umanage,USave4me. Company registered under Patshull Owen Associates Ltd Wolverhampton. Why pay for one of these companies to claim any PPI back when all you do is write your own letter to your credit card company or bank.You get exactly the same back as if they had claimed on your behalf but they charge you for the privelage!

Said he was in the area doing some window and driveway installation work and wondered if there was anything he could help me with. I queried where he got my number from and he hung up. called the number back (01174433677) and it's an automated voice saying i'd been called by digital marketing solutions company for market research (not the name of the company he'd given!).
