Not sure it was this number, as we don't have caller ID. But had numerous calls from Asian Trader Magazine wanting to now my mothers maiden name, my primary school. 4 times they have rung now a different person each time. Trying to gain as much information about me as possible. Probably building a data profile on me to scam me.

There is a very strange person... man or woman I’m not sure. They are parading on the dating site Plenty of Fish as a man called Joel, aged 59 (whilst the pictures are clearly of a younger man) who is meant to have a graduate degree and be an engineer working in London. SCAM / SPAM 01787475019 scam number used by someone posing as amazon telling people that they owe money on their amazon account, not very nice when a 86 year old believes this is a genuine call, thankfully I was on hand to assure them that it was a scammer, it’s time this was stopped.

Fraud/Scam Supposedly HMRC have issued a warrant for my arrest and for me to press 1 on the keypad to speak to someone. Robotic voice just reading some low life's script and then once complete it waits for you to do something and if you do nothing i.e. press 1, it hangs up.

Went to voicemail so only caught half the message as it was prerecorded, mentioned HMRC... Something about "registered under your name, press 1 and your call will be connected to the officer dealing with the case if you don't press on the warrant will be issued under your name and you will be arrested shortly." Really unnerving! Not like my nerves are not already in tatters dealing with the pandemic and potential job-loss.

Beware of calls from this number, they say that they are calling about your washing machine warranty expiry, but have no correct details about your machine. I believe they are trying to get you to pass on your personal details and therefore a scammer.

07905726731 using voice automated machine (woman with an American accent) stating they were from Amazon and I so called I owe them over £ 3 thousand pounds. It is not true. It is an ugly scam and I hope they get caught. Too much of this going on and it pisses me off.

The caller said they were from BT Openreach, and had information from my router that indicated my internet wasn't performing as well as it should be. I was asked a couple of questions about what devices I had connected to the router, and was then asked if I was in front of my personal device. When they then asked me to log onto my personal device, I decided that this may not be legitimate and hung up. The background noise was very loud, as if from a call centre.
