It was the AA asking if I had taken out breakdown cover since purchasing my new car.

Debt collectors in relation to pay day loans

Hi anyone who reads this regarding this nuisance number. I have just reported them to the ico (information commissioners office), google them, give them a call and report this number, when they get enough complaints they can take the company to court and fine them A LOT OF MONEY. Justice. They just need people to report them enough as evidence, they cannot work on individual cases.

New one on me, so goes to permanently blocked file.

I ve received about 8 calls from this number in the last week. When I answer, I can hear what sounds like Call Centre noise, but no person talking to me. After a few seconds they hang up. Not worried or frightened, just a bit miffed that they won t have a conversation with me. We re not really allowed to speak with other adults on my high security wing and by constantly calling me, there s a risk that my handset will be discovered. A number of times has phoned and hung up.

They offer to arrange "free consultancy calls" on the basis of you being an active purchaser online. Blatant scammers who ignore the TPS. Block or use your referee s whistle.

This number has just called the home phone and spoken to my partner. My partner had filled out some online surveys recently which was about gaining free samples etc. This was mentioned over the call and then offered him £20 worth of petrol or diesel vouchers, but would need his bank details over the phone to pay for postage. My partner was chatted to the person right up until this point... then stated with all due respect, as much as I would love the vouchers, I never have or will give my bank details out
