Received text message claiming to be from Royal Mail as I refused to pay £2.99 with link to reschedule delivery. Did click on the link which was very stupid , ( I was expecting the parcel ) but nothing happened and no other details from me were asked . It was just a blank page. A scam they say you have hearing problems. As you worked in a factory etc. they know ur name and when u say no I don t have hearing problems. They just hang up. Think they want ppl to claim so they can make money. It s funny as blocked numbers for this. Then next thing they have another number to call me on. Don t think every get rid of them.

I was rung up on 30.8.21 by a female Indian (?) voice claiming to be a representative of BT. There was a large amount of background noise, indicating, presumably, that this female was ringing from some sort of call centre. As I do not have a BT phone I rang off before she could get into her stride about rates. My hope is that she and her colleagues will slip in a pile of dog poo and break their ruddy necks.
These guys will claim that they are trying to close your file if you have had a car accident but all they are doing is phishing for more personal details. Told them I was speaking to my solicitors about them which hopefully will prevent further calls. They do not really help their cause for if you ring the number back an automated message says that it was a marketing call and you will be contacted again later. Idiots.

In response to your comment Tony M please dont be so rude as to imply others are uneducated this number is a pain in the arse. They are now ringing my husbands mobile using one of their other numbers 0161 826 5780 all times of day they dont answer you when you pick it up there is always a voicemail message directing you to hold for their accounts dept and they DENY they are workin for Orange when you do get through so check your facts are correct before making rude assumptions about others.
