I called it back only to find that it s an automated survey off the back of speaking to Natwest previously during the same day.

Persistent calling mainly at the same time of day and upto 4 times a day, so I know which times to avoid answering the phone!

Had two calls from this number. They hung up when I asked them to prove who they were in response to being asked for my security details. Spoke to Orange and demanded to have the calls stopped or as a loyal customer I will leave Orange. Lots of excuses but they accepted in end. I will leave if it happens again!
