I work on reception for a home improvements company. The Asian woman called on Thursday 14.6.2018 @ around 10.15am Number was withheld, and said that she was from BT and that we have reported problems with our internet connection with them. I replied "oh are you sure, that is funny, as our IT department has not informed us of any problems" of which she replied that she need our server account number. Multiple calls from 0203 190 8712, 13, 15 & 16. Wonder what happened to 14! Typical scam call centre operation. First few times Asian sounding caller with a made up Anglicised name actually trying to flog something. More recently dropped calls, either before or after answering. They are the first operation I ve ever had spam from on my Mobile, and very odd for it to be a non-withheld UK number.

This is some landline from London area, I couldn't find any info for this specific number, but as written previously for similar numbers, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. Just got a call from this number .. I didn't answer .. but out of curiosity I call the number back .. because my motor insurance company is in Manchester .. but when the call was answered I was not given the company name I was just told I would be put through to the next available agent .. who came on and asked if they could speak to me .. I did not reply .. and he said goodbye using my name .. this was an automated voice so they have your name and number saved .. therefore the number has now been blocked
