Over the past two or three years I have told them several times not to call me, and to delete my details from their database. They state that they will and it will take a few weeks. The caller "david", told me I had been involved in a car accident a month ago (which I have not) he proceeded to tell me I was wrong. At this point I cut him off and told him this was not possible and hung up.

It's a claim management company trying to bully you into claiming compensation. Despite being told to piss off they keep ringing back.
