I asked where they had obtained my information from and he said from an online form I had completed, and as I have recently, this would seem feasible, as the databases are available to purchase in the telemarketing world. Accident claim. Usual ‘You were in an accident’. No I wasn’t! Sick to death of this scam calls.
I answered the call and got someone on the other end breathing or sighing before hanging up...unprofessional in my opinion. Obviously to do with paypal. Got negative on my account due to idiot buyers on ebay and ebay themselves being bigger idiots.
Apparently this is the Energy Advice Team and I thought this company were just cold calling me. I soon realised that they were just responding to my application regarding an air source heat pump and solar pv panels on either Facebook or Instagram. They are actually a very friendly and knowledgeable company.
