Hi anyone who reads this regarding this nuisance number. I have just reported them to the ico (information commissioners office), google them, give them a call and report this number, when they get enough complaints they can take the company to court and fine them A LOT OF MONEY. Justice. They just need people to report them enough as evidence, they cannot work on individual cases.

Received call from Indian sounding male, call centre environment. Said other people had been using my router. He did NOT ask to confirm my name address, account etc. I asked him many questions as I new it was a scam. He asked me to go to my computer. He said he could not send me an email to confirm who he was so I asked him to call back in half an hour whilst I ring BT to clarify who he is, he quickly put the phone down. I don't know who this is.

I ve been getting several calls a day not just from this number, but from others, too - or sometimes they come up as "unavailable" or "international". All of them are from people with an Indian accent saying that they are calling to fix a problem with my PC and quickly become very rude when questioned. I have an answerphone, so have now stopped picking up. This is obviously some kind of scam
