These were calling me at least 3 times a day until I actually answered, then claiming to be RAC wanting me to add extra cover to my policy. Told them I wasn t interested, didn t have a call for a week or so and now they re off again! This is definately NOT RAC because I ve checked the number with them! The female caller (with a strange accent) said she representing Star Financial Services in the USA, and claimed they are currently engaged in a hostile takeover of Prudential Plc. so they wanted to buy my shares but first needed me to sign a non-disclosure agreement. They wanted my email address to send the documents. I said no, even tho they had my correct name and home phone number. I googled the company and they only have 5 employees and a non-phone number listed on BBB in the US.

I can reiterate what other people commenting on here have said - this caller never stops calling, they try to harrass you by calling your mobile number, even though they do not know who you are, and I am also SICK of them calling my number since the start of 2017...

You receive a genuine text message from O2 with a security code. Avantis Credit using mobile numbers so they look more like normal callers.
SCAM - Auto CAll - Robot Voice claiming to be from HMRC.. Failed to press 1 and it hung up.
When asked where he got my number from I explained it was ex-directory He told me to F off and called me a N Head!!Would love to meet this caller and know the company he works for.
They have called me before claiming to be from the Health Department and today I explained that their number was flagged on my system as being reported as a regular nuisance caller. The number has again been reported.

Fraud An automated voicemail claiming they were from HMRC and investigating a claim and if I didn't essentially call back I would be arrested. Laughable at best. Don't pickup or call back! Another family member received a similar call and message a few days ago. Block and warn others.
