This is BT text service notifying you that soemone has sent a SMS to your home phone number which it will subsequently read if your home phone is not SMS enabled. A pain as it doesn t seem to be limited to reasonable hours. Had a phone call from them today, as they would not tell me what the call was about I refused to give personal details about myself to then be told I was being aggressive and that they would continue to call. I ve asked for them to contact me by post in future.

Just called, I said hello twice, but they then hung up without saying anything.

A number of times has phoned and hung up.

Accident Claims company, got my details from national accident data and despite being told not to contact me on numerous occasions, have again rung 3 times today!!! they refuse to tell you anything about why they are ringing until YOU GIVE THEM information! such a rude Pain in the ARSE!!!

My Pixel phone flashed red for scam call so I didn't answer. Checked the no. on this site & am grateful to previous contributors. The no. is now blocked.

I hadn t read comments until I told a friend of mine i had been for a hearing test around 5 month ago, and he advised me to read them. To my amazement its the same company i had dealt with. Sonia was polite on the initial call when asking criteria questions and when i declined to confirm my d.o.b she was happy for me to confirm this on the day. Last week i collected a cheque for just over £5,900. These guys are just doing their job, we know endless calls can be a nightmare. Keep up the good work.
