SCAM by recorded voice saying they were HM Revenue & Customs and a tax fraud had been reported. Say to press 1 to discuss with the officer. If I didn’t press a number to be connected I woukd soon be arrested. Obviously pressing any key will incur huge charges or they will try to get you to give personal information etc. My number is really private so I wonder just who sold it to these scammers?

Recorded message saying I was being prosecuted for unpaid tax. No reference number or address or any individual details given. Clearly bollocks.
Scam text purporting to be from British Gas saying they have made an appointment for me. I did not respond but then had several texts on the day they said the appt had been made saying they were on their way but might be late! No-one turned up I'm pleased to say. I didn't click any links so don't know what the scam is about - probably an information phishing expeditiion - but it is very clever and needs to be exposed.
Caller asked "How is your Broadband"? I answered OK and put the phone down.

Male recorded voice, dangerous and harassing - claimed to be HMRC about a fraud in my name - if I didn't press 1, it said the bailiffs would be round and I'd be going to jail! They seem to be perming the number so anything beginning 0203837**** is suspect.

Appreciate this seems to be a legit and helpful company from the other messages left here, but I just received a call from these guys and had no idea why they were calling me. They were talking about new government releases and just lots of jargon basically. Would have preferred a straight forward plain English this is who we are and what we do type approach... Do you want to verify if a company you are dealing with is legit? Have you been losing too much money to people online? Thats because your devices are spoofed and its thesame set of people scamming you under different names, you can not understand until an expert explain it to you. Do you need any hacking service? you want to recover what you lost to scammers? you need a blank atm with minimum of $20,000 withdrawal limit and maximum of $500,000 ? you want to spy on your partners phone or social medias?

SPAM had a Indian accent women, obviously in a call center with the background noise, plus the delay in the call actually connecting .she is claiming to be from Car Phone Warehouse, offering me a better deal . £30 per month on everything unlimited . I blocked number as she was speaking so never heard the rest of her babble I doubt very much it is from car phone warehouse, and its a spam or scam call
