I had a call from this number just now sounded lika a possible tax scam. it used very threatening language ans was an automated message

I get, on average, 2 calls a day from this number. Never rings for long, and never leaves a message. Maybe scam!

Love to call 3x a day even on Sundays

They phone very frequently and rarely speak. The one occasion they did speak I asked who they were and the female said 'very sorry love, we'll remove your number'...

It showed as an International call, but a number appeared and I also dialed 1471 to confirm this number, which seems to have a number of people in the Tamworth area with this number. Have put it on my junk calls list.

Rang me re PPI, I "passed" initial questions, and was put through to someone called Steve in a Company that would handle the claim. That call was cut short due to an "IT issue their end" I never got promised call back, and complained 3 times to Reactiv. I now don t answer this number of the Manchester Number which I googled, and it was on OMG momemt!

Got a call today from some guy asking for me by name (which I didn t acknowledge - I never do.) I immediately asked who was calling to throw him off his spiel, unfortunately he mumbled his "company" which sounded like s&l legal? and immediately launched into his sales patter regarding the mis-selling of PPI. I let him ramble on for a few then interrupted him by saying I worked in the banking industry and could run rings round him with regards this. (I don t, but I like to play with these a**hole cold caller

Constantly calls, if you answer and speak they hang up. It is now 7.40pm and they are still ringing. Iam getting to the point of reporting to BT as a nuisance caller.

I received a call from this number on 8.12.20 claiming to be from BT to report an internet problem. It turned out to be a scam aimed at accessing my personal and bank details.

These people ring my phone and cause me stress which is not good for me

Wanted me to give further info on my PPI claim!I had nevermade any claim from them, never even heard of them; &told her I would never use any company who cold called me as they were illegally calling in the 1st instance. To which she replied we always check to see if they has TPS which I have!Hmm if they are doing illegal things to me now why would I ever believe them. BAD MOVE!!!!!!!

Got a call from this number while I was at work. No one on the other end; then call ended. 3rd time this has happened in past few days, but different number each time.

It is a scam - no subscriber number on that exchange can begin with a 1 after the area code.

Country code 256 is for Uganda, if that helps.
