Fraud Apparently HMRC, answered straight away, like that happens. The fraudster was very convincing and directed me through the HMRC website and told I will get a call back from the number on the website. No call back. Wife then called them and they told her the police will be at your door. Scammers need castrating
Was a call center with a whole host of background noise of other people talking on other phones. Said I couldn t hear what they were saying twice and then they just hung up.

Caller claimed to be from BT. From such a professional organisation, I would expect the caller to identify themselves personally, such as 'hello my name is abc, from BT, etc. So I assumed it to be a scammer either trying to either sell me something or obtain personal information about me. I'd also expect the 'phone number to come up in google search. Told caller to 'bogoff'.

Random pre-recorded phone call from BT services, asking me to select a number associated with BT - Canceling and disconnecting phone and internet services. I have no idea what this was about, I stopped the call and have reported it as a scam.
