Real dodgy call, trying to give impression of a law enforcement of traders and wanted payment on a list they compile saying you are trusted while suggestions anyone not on it will be branded as a bad trade. Expression they used was before we start naming and shaming.

Call center very unpleasant man asking about replacing windows, I told him it was none of his business & was about to say if I need new windows I’ll contact companies myself but a red mist came over him & in a angry tone he talked over me lecturing me about manners, of which he had none & then he put the phone down. Said he was called Jack from BT Business Head office and he could do me a better deal than by Local BT Business office. Jack, you seem to be the only person working for BT Business as you are the only person making these sales calls, for such a large business!!. I don't believe this is BT as you can see in other searches Jack seems to be the only person making these calls, probably to gain information about your business. He didn't get any from me. Possibly dangerous.
