This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Second that. A scammer line which said they are an energy company and need to take down my details for payments - have not even signed a tenancy agreement with my landlord yet, very creepy that they know I am thinking of moving to a new business premises without me even signing anything yet!

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 20328989xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with ambulance chasers, accident claims - asks you about your car accident that wasn't your fault. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...
