Actually this is a 'spoof' number - one digit short for a genuine Manchester phone number.
Silent call. Received a call from (07458 148209) on my mobile, although very few people know my mobile number. When I managed to answer there was nothing to be heard from the caller's end so I assumed it was some dodgy scammer. How would they know I have been in contact with someone with that variant? Expect it is a scam and if I clicked on the link who knows what the result might be. SCAM / SPAM this number has called to say my internet will be disconnected in next 48 hours due to illegal activity on my account. It asks you to wait to be put through to an advisor. Virgin Media would not do this. Call disconnected by myself and blocked number. This was the same as yesterday but on a different number.
