I had a call from this number today as I was just about to leave Sainsburys, didn't answer it, I just ignored it as I thought it would of been some Indian scam call centre ...

Had a call from this number, identified itself as Humberside Police to my call barring service but then cut off when I tried to answer. Line went dead when tried to recall. Called police, they had no record of anyone trying to ring my number nor did they recognise this 56677 number. Suspicious, also nasty if it is a scam, as I am now worried about whether or not the police are trying to contact me for genuine reasons. Leaves an answerphone message which has been cut to give only the last word which sounds like scientist , then ask me to ring their number if I don t want to receive any more calls. Has called several times.

Rang my mobile for a few seconds. Managed to answer but it hung up. Rang back the number and it sounds engaged.

I answered call, no voice answered me, after about 20 sec they rang off. I have better things to do than to play games with an anonymus person

Kept on calling repeatedly.... muffled sounds in backbgound...other phones ringing....called back, eventually got someone to answer...very7 apologetic about phone automatically ...
