After a little research when they left a similar message to everyone elses reports saying they were DRD and to call them back. This seems to be them http://www.debtreleasedirect.co.uk They are a debt management company (rather than debt collection) and it is a sales call.

I got call from this number about accidental claim for an accident I have in last 2 years which I was not aware of.
Unknown number, so did not answer and let it run to answerphone. Caught the end of a message from a female voice saying would call again tomorrow. You may call again, but we will not get the call - I Googled the number whilst it rang, saw this website's contents, and blocked it!

Their first comment was we are not trying to sell you anything then carried on talking even though I was trying to interrupt. I said I was not interested and they simply hung up.
