SCAM / SPAM RECORDED AMERICAN FEMALE VOICE, CLAIMING MY AMAZON PRIME ACCOUNT WAS FINISHING AND BEING AUTO-RENEWED AND TO PRESS '1' TO SPEAK TO AMAZON.

Potential Fraud/Spam/Scam. They were asking to do a survey on energy savings (government scheme?) to see how windows/insulation are in my home. Said I was not interested, but since they called me by my name I asked where they got it from and she said from the Energy Saving Database. ???? what database is that? When I further enquired she said they will mark me as having received it and hang up without further discussion. Trying to dial the number does not even connect.

Strong Asian accent with call centre like background noise. He claimed to be from the local Council calling about the accident that I or another member of my family had supposedly reported.
