Very pushy but convincing girl at the end of the phone - said they were calling because I had entered a competition to win a trip to New York and so was eligible for ten free lines on Euro Millions. This number has been calling my house phone repeatedly throughout the whole day. When i answer and dont say anything they hung up. I answered and they had my surname and asked for 30 seconds to answer some questions.. I said who is calling, they said Future Trends. I said i do not want to take part and they hung up! Idiots

This is an Indian call centre which asks you to do a quick survey which they add that they re not calling to sell you anything - as soon as you say that you re not interested they hang up.. the thing is, they call you the next day saying the exact same thing!!!

Asked for someone by name, I asked who was calling, they responded "thanks for wasting my time", then hung up.
