As other commenters have already said, asian accented callers who leave "background noise" messages on my answer-phone. Don t bother phoning them back. This guy has contacted me on several occasions. Whenever I advertise something locally, he texts saying,"Hi how are you?x" and tries to make out he s been given your number by mistake. He pesters to see you, but apparently he is targeting local women selling things with the intention of meeting them for sex. He gets really abusive and nasty when you refuse. Go the a web sight called, Who Calls Me, and put in his number. It will scare the hell out of you.
Phoned my mobile. I phoned them back. Call came from a company called Fast Claim. Foreiegn sounding gentleman answered and said they d phoned re an accident I had. I asked them how could they know I had had an accident when they didn t even know who was calling them at this moment (hadn t given my name!). They hung up on me! This is a spam call from people purporting to be from BT Openreach advising there is a problem with my broadband connection. After asking politely around 5 times for them to remove me from there database I finally blocked the call from my mobile but now my phone still keeps beeping telling me that its just blocked the call so they will not stop, sometimes over 10 times per day, trading standards have been informed and if I am able to find out the companies details I will take them to court as I can prove via my call record harassment! So I personally hope they keep calling as it only adds weight to a lawsuit!!!!!!!!
