This company, think it's called claiming for you or something, are going to put in a claim on my behalf as i have no time to do it myself & are not charging me a fee. She hung up after disliking my 'pompous' attitude - I asked why they were calling and that I found it strange that they had accident details but were asking whether I was at fault!!
