Recorded message from the 'Bank Security centre' (apparently one bank security centre for all the banks....) reporting unusual card activity, £300 to Amazon & £1000 internationally, press 1 to cancel, 2 to speak to operative... Fraud The usual "Your BT internet and phone has been compromised and will be cut off in 24 hours" even though I'm not with BT. Followed up by wanting to download remote control access programmes on my laptop. I just feigned interest to leave them hanging on as long as possible; whilst they are hanging on waiting for me they aren't scamming somebody else.

When i asked if it was a sales call, he said no, it's about a complaint from the national grid!! Rang to ask about outstanding debt in my name. I said I don t have any (second time I had spoken to them in the hour) and asked what the debt was. The man said that s what I m trying to find out. I said don t get cross and he called me a f-ing stupid idiot and hung up. Rude, aggressive and fake!
I get calls from this number, when I asked where they got my number from was told the standard lie "opt-in data" or "they bought a list of numbers". These people are liars as they wanted to help me reclaim money IF i had taken out any credit - I have never taken out any credit so they are just trying their luck and calling anyone and harrassing them.
