Same as the other posters, got a call but they hung up before I answered.
If you speak to these people quote the statute of limitations "Statutes of limitations are written laws passed by a legislative body in common law systems to set the maximum time after an event when legal proceedings may be initiated. When the period of time specified in a statute of limitations passes, a claim can no longer be filed" Statute barred debt refers to a debt that s not enforceable because the time a creditor has to chase payment has passed. This is outlined under the Limitation Act 1980.
'Robocall' received 19 November 2020, informing me that £600 had been moved from my debit card to an overseas account. instructed me to press 1 or press 2 for further details. Quite clearly a scam!
got phoned on that number. they hacked my laptop and tried to take out a loan from my bank. wish i knew who they were.

UK has been calling me very often lately from a different phone numbers, it's very annoying. ???????? When i try to find out who it is, then i see that there is no particular information about the caller. So, UK you won't get a bite from me no matter how many times you call me. Yet another boiler replacement automated message. The law states that they should have permission to make the call and also that they should identify themselves. They did neither of these things so I am going to report them to the ICO. I don t even have a boiler!
