If you say you're not with BT, that doesn't bother them as they just say BT is the overall company and they're just protecting you. 'Annie' hung up when I insisted she was a scammer.

I ve got a missed call from this number, and the robot voice said "call us back or you ll be arrested". SCAM!!!! Stupid people.

This number has come up 39 times and each time the person hangs up. Does he/she realise that by calling from the USA to UK is going to cost them as our line is low call for UK mainland and premium for International private callers. Who ever is running this has got to have a 1st Class Honours Degree, with a PHD and a Masters in Utter Stupidity.

Santander just won t listen. A while ago Halifax was heavily fined for this type of behaviour. Keep a note of times, dates etc they phone you and report them. If you answer them tell them you want their registered address so you can bill them ?10 per minute, that ll get rid of them, but if the do recall then send them a invoice sent as tracked, and they have to pay you if you pursue to a small debt court. This number has called me over 100 times asking for a person by another name.
