Just received a call from these people claiming to be providing access to some sort of discount club and that they would send a welcome pack in the post. They asked how many holidays I have a year and whether they are abroad or not (in hindsight maybe that’s to determine disposable income). They asked who I bank with and I refused to answer. Accident Calling from "the insurance company" when I asked him which one he just said about the accident I'd had. I asked which accident, as I've had a lot recently (I haven't needless to say) to which he replied the minor bump in the car. When I told I'd had a few of those in the last couple of months and I was worried that they were going to take my licence off me, but I didn't think it was my fault, even though they all said it was .... then the line suddenly went very quiet. :-)

Rude lady called to speak to our Business Manager, when told she has to email she said they don't email and only talk!! I said she wouldn't be getting through because she isn't a current supplier of ours so she said she will keep calling back, l replied you will not be put through so please don't bother calling again. I have now blacklisted this number from our phone system.....thank god we have the facility to do so.
