100% FRAUD! They left me a voicemail, quoting a DHL import duty invoice that I paid 3 weeks ago. I called them, spoke to 'RAJU' - he knew all about me, my company and my invoice, but said don't worry as you've already paid. This is obviously someone at DHL leaking account details to fraudsters, who are preying on people who don't know/remember that they've already paid. Yes, they are still operating and looks like they are having a New Year hunt for more people to con, as several friends have had calls from them over the past few days. I take great delight in stringing them along for as long as possible, listening to them get more and more frustrated as I keep asking questions about their blocking box . Timeshare platinum weeks. Out of date information quoted, probably from other organisations or companies. Seems to have a database out with data protection laws/ no protection from GDPR, and information shared or sold by others. Cold called without permission, TPS not checked and seems to use a mass computer calling system as have had lots of dead calls from same number.
