Claimed to be from the Citizen s Advice Bureau and wanted to help with a supposed debt collection- who would never call people. They knew my name which is concerning. Indian call centre - This is a scam and needs to be stopped!

On returning this call it was an automated response saying that as my phone contract was due to expire shortly they could offer info. on new handsets etc. Press 1 to remove from their database, 2 to speak to someone. On entering 1 you are requested to enter your no. then the hash tag. Upon doing this the line went dead. Hopefully I won t now start receiveing lots of Spam!

Courier company - calling to advise of delivery. Very helpful people.

Called saying I had a problem with my broadband. Assumed scam call.

Calling persistently for a person who has never ever lived at this address ( at least not in the past 20 years! ). When I tell the indian call centre person this, as I do on each call, they then ask for the road or street number, which I decline to give them as they should know the details of the person they are calling for.

I got a missed call from them at 17.15pm this evening. so I got online to checkout the number, so glad I did. It s a scam. Will not be answering my phone to them in near future.

This number was cold calling regarding 'a minor traffic accident' which I had. Really? Strange I dont remember it.....

I have been making enquires regarding PPI and they are a co that deal with your case on behalf of you. "No win No Fee". Hope this helps.

I believe it's PPI. They have started to vary the numbers, but the dialing code is always a local one, so you think it's possibly someone you know.

Don't give them your national insurance number.. If you do and they owe you money no matter how little Phone swansea police on 01792 456999 and report it as a crime

This is the first call from this number, it s a premium rate number, if the call is important they would leave a voicemail but they didn t, it s possible it s for ppi or some other cold caller, if it calls again I will block it but won t answer it.

I keep being hassled by this number, when I answer no one seems to be on the other end. have rung back to find out who it is but dont get any answer. Just block them.

Waited to speak to someone real. Not an answering machine. In an Indian accent he said his name was Dave. I asked him what he was wearing and breathed hard. He hung up. Pity.

Don’t waste your breath talking to these people. Put the phone down on them immediately or if you are so minded, just tell them to **** off . . . they’ll get the idea.
