Got text saying my HSBC card was used fraudulently and wanted my security details . I rang by bank who confirmed this number is from scammers

Called my mobile twice. The first call f ailed due to bad reception, but on the second call rather than keep it short he went into a prolonged spiel about "Breezewell" or similar. No idea who they were so I hung up.

Phoned my mobile. I phoned them back. Call came from a company called Fast Claim. Foreiegn sounding gentleman answered and said they d phoned re an accident I had. I asked them how could they know I had had an accident when they didn t even know who was calling them at this moment (hadn t given my name!). They hung up on me! Suspect untrustworthy. Wanted to offer me a 3 month subscription to the magazine for ?1 an issue (cover price about ?3.50 or so). Asked for my sort code and bank account number. I was driving so said ring back - when she did, I couldn t take the call anyway.

Said problem with router. Convincing and will try to get control of your computer. Not genuine and if they are then talktalk really ought to work better on their communication.

An Asian gentleman said he was from talk talk and needed to check my router. Asked for access to my PC which I reluctantly gave as he was able to give me part of my address and my talk talk account number. Offered me a refund of ?200 but I needed to access my bank account. He had control of my PC so I did not want to do this. Hung up on him as he was too persistent for comfort!!!

Scam pretending to be shell energy wanting a payment which is not due yet. Asked for lots of details that they should not have needed. I called shell driectly and they confirmed no money is outstanding and this was not them
