I pretend I do not understand or am hard of hearing or am in a nursing home or I am a child, or a tenant, or just plain simple stupid as 2 short planks! they called 2x lately: my phone goes on the answer machine after 2 rings - they never left a massage; I shall watch out for this call - I need some fun AND no danger of getting pregnant!

Just received a call from an Asian gentleman called Alex Carter claiming to be from BT and saying I have a problem with my IP/internet connection. My 81 year old father was tricked into setting up a direct debit for his 4 year old Indecit. (June 2016)He realised the day after he was covered by another policy, so he cancelled the direct debit at the bank and wrote a letter to Appliance Serve as well as calling them by phone. A man said no problem he would sort it. July 2016 - he is getting reminders about a missed payment and a telephone call threatening court action! Bring it on!! #fraudsters

This company is a huge nuisance and should be fined. They do not screen against the TPS and do not remove people from the marketing list when asked. ALWAYS report this number to the Information Commisioner s Office. It is very say to do that on the ICO website. Because if enough people do that, they company will get a massive fine and hopefully be put out of business.
