Recieved a text claiming to be from Lloyds stating that my card was used online at DHgate.com for £2048.48 and the payment was declined. 1. The card that was queried was cancelled a week ago 2. My 81 year old father was tricked into setting up a direct debit for his 4 year old Indecit. (June 2016)He realised the day after he was covered by another policy, so he cancelled the direct debit at the bank and wrote a letter to Appliance Serve as well as calling them by phone.
