Rang twice today . First time I didn`t answer as I didn`t recognise the number. Second time picked up phone but didn`t say anything and they rang off.

As usual at tea time and I guess they could tell from my tone that talking would be waste of time, so it ends up a silent call.

Obtained my details inc address following a small car accident. Gave me some story about the other guy putting in a claim for whiplash and said I could also claim. I told them ( after a fair few discussions) that I simply had no claim to make whatsoever. When I was put through to a "Senior Claims Manager" I told him the same. told me I had won a prize then went on to ask for personal details. I was waiting for call from local doctors clinic which has 0845 number, so was the only reason I answered. Number now blocked.
