when answered they used my name, but I asked what the call was about and they hung up. I rang them and asked what they wanted and was told that it was nothing to do with them.

Another call telling me 79:99 would be taken from my bank account for Amazon prime which I do not have.

Called 12:20 20-dec-2018. Apparently looking to review my life insurance on behalf of Legal & General. When I pointed out that I hadn t had life insurance with them for over 20 years she said it must be my wife then! I hung up on her at that point.

I answered today and said the same thing - so checked what information they had on my address etc, and have the correct address, have asked for the information, and will check it out when I receive it. I asked where they had obtained my information from and he said from an online form I had completed, and as I have recently, this would seem feasible, as the databases are available to purchase in the telemarketing world. Man called with bad english telling me they do data collection I was asking where they got my details from, they already had my name and surname and were asking questions such as, what brand my TV is and if I have a sky satellite dish.
