2016-01-15 @ 15:42 Picked up receiver and immediately got the dialling tone. Presuambly there was no "agent" available to handle the automatically-generated call. Most annoying
I keep getting calls from this number though my phone never rings. When I phone back it's either "user busy" or it just rings and rings. Very likely to be a call robot.

Had a missed call off this number on Monday at half past 4. Tried to call back, just got an automated voice saying 'inbound' then it went dead.
Phone call is from "DRS" in relation to Adrian Flux/Herts Insurance Consultants. This is a scam as they want money off you for an insurance policy that you don't have, or have never had and then they threaten court action.

Pre-recorded message claiming to be from BT but not sure why a British company would use someone ( or voice generation software) with a mid-Atlantic accent to deliver a message to a UK-based customer. Some rubbish about disconnecting my Internet if I don t follow instructions which, undoubtedly, would involve me in racking-up a huge phone bill, i.e. if press either 1 or 2 as instructed. I hung-up. A variation on the SCAM calls from India about problems with internet account.

My 81 year old father was tricked into setting up a direct debit for his 4 year old Indecit. (June 2016)He realised the day after he was covered by another policy, so he cancelled the direct debit at the bank and wrote a letter to Appliance Serve as well as calling them by phone. A man said no problem he would sort it. July 2016 - he is getting reminders about a missed payment and a telephone call threatening court action! Bring it on!! #fraudsters
