Calls repeatedly, no speech then hangs up after a few seconds. Looks like a local number, but starts with a 4 not a 6, so very suspicious.

I did buy an engine back in 2013 from enginestoyou who did deliver an engine but it was the wrong one. After i informed them they came and collected it but failed to refund me or send me a replacement engine. I chased them through email and phone but they would simply ignore everything. Had about 4 missed calls over 2 days. Decided to call back and heard a recorded message from Flow Energy . I am not with them or never heard of them so most probably telemarketing.
