Melissa called twice saying that they needed to check the insulation in our loft because we had it done under the government scheme (we didn't) and now the regs had changed and it needs to be checked.When I told her that I'd done it myself about 35 years ago and wasn't going to have anything else done, she said she'd alter the information on the database. Sounded like a genuine company though unfortunately I didn't get their name so can't report them for a cold call as I would usually.

Really bad scam waste broker offering bins and skips. The contract traps you into a long term of service. They overcharge, they make up charges, their staff are rude, customer service is non existent and they charge you for your bin collections even when they don't turn up. If you leave them they set debt collection agents on you!

Have now been Called over 17 times, sometimes twice daily by supposed ACM on the following numbers 01619743531 01924928072 02036870287 01619743443, 02036870287, 02037387300, 0203687029, 02036870292 I have reported to ICO, however after googling I feel this is a scam or illicit company as there is no online trace. the most recent time I was called I stated I had reported to ICO and feel harassed I was told to calm down and the operater became aggressive. Have received several calls to both a Vodafone and BT mobile number. Irritating sounding English woman called Julie, who requests information regarding the car accident someone had at the address. Obviously seeking information to scam folk out of, probably money. Reporting yo ofcom as this is a disgusting trap and highly annoying!!
