Left a voicemail after I missed the call. It was regarding a complaint i had emailed to sainsburys. The woman who a Scottish accent let me know they are sending out a letter containing a voucher and apologising for any inconvenience etc caused. Looking at the comments it s simply a call centre th at takes on out sourced work from various companies.

This is for a travel agent called Tropical Sky. It was a legitimate call in my case.
Caller hung up immediately after I accepted the call. Maybe a robot to detect phone numbers in use ?

A guy with an Indian accent and poot English spoke but I simply hung up as I have never, ever had any dealings with the RBOS in my entire life so there is no reason for them to call.
