I phoned their number while withholding my own number and they have their number set up not to accept withheld numbers. "BT" phoned to say been trying to phone me (received no calls in days) and due to "Suspicious activity" are going to disconnect by Internet unless I talk to an operative, who spent 15 minutes calling my 80 year old father some swear words for his lack of internet knowledge and no online bank account.
