They then managed to trigger the Amazon reset password text message and pressured me to give me that code to them, presumably so that they could take control of my Amazon account. I too had a message from Heather threatening me with action if I did not return call. I panicked and rang but it said number not recognised so looked it up and found this site!
Yeah, got this number, called it and removed my number, so much for telephone preference service.
Apologies my last entry should be rated as 9 Very untrustworthy. "Technical fault with your BT hub. Please go to your computer so I can fix it for you". Said I was unable to do so at present. He asked "Are you disabled",replied "what a thing to ask"! said "I m in a meeting, not free at the moment" "What meeting". With that I got fed up with playing along and rang off.

Esmee is a senior booker yet I ve just spoke to her and she had to pass me over to someone else as she was new and didn t know the answer. I guess I went a little off-script for her. Basically a telemarketing company trying to book appointments for people.
Caller said he was returning call and wanted to know who I was. I asked who he was, no answer, so I rang off and blocked number.
Good job I didn't answer as not in a very good mood today!

Got a call from this number again asking for Mr Armstrong but did not say who they were, I told him the Armstrong’s have not had this number for about 4yrs to which he apologised and put phone down. We have been getting calls from this number for about 3yrs, I always the same thing as we do not know anyone with that name and they always call again!!
Caller stated that the receiver was in trouble due to NI number been involved in fraud. Caller requested receiver to press 1 to be put through to the police.
