These are accident claims services trying to get further compensation for accidents from years ago. They basically want to try to get more compensation for you and passengers but are very aggressive in doing so. I told them to remove me from their data base but still I get cold calls from the same company but via different numbers.

Asian man just rang, very hard to understand I kept asking him what he said, he mentioned did I shop at ,... morrisons or Tesco, didn t catch first place ...terrible accent, im fed up if these calls... I said no and hung up

This number has called twice and both times they put the phone down.

Unknown caller who would not identify themselves or answer my questions as to how he had obtained my number. Insisted on calling me Sophia and said I was in Stockport. Both totally wrong. Wanted to offer me "benefits and bonuses" but could not get him to explain what these might be. Kept asking me questions about my situation which I refused to answer. He hung up.

Told me I had a car accident which wasn't my faul.. Just told them they seem to know more about my life than I did,

Asian male, claiming to be from claims direct, calling about a car accident about a year and a half ago. Could not give any details of vehicles allegedly involved or dates.

Contacted saying they were from yahoo and upgrading my website listing on yahoo. Trying to get me to log in immediately. I said not near pc!

Reported to ofcom and trading standards. 10 calls in two days. ?Mortgage Advice Service?. Tried to tell me that I need to get a new mortgage right now or I would end up in ?10,000+ worth of debt due to my current mortgage. However I rent my home - I have never had a mortgage, have never even enquires about one, and no intention to get one. called me to close down a RTA file, said he needed to confirm some information before it could be closed, i said just close it as i dont know anything about it and my insurance company deals with everything, said he cant close it without confirming information with me, he said he wouldn t waste his time by asking me this as it has to be done to be able to close the file, i just replied so you are wasting my time? and then put the phone down, blocked number

Sounded recorded and said my internet service would be cut within 24 hours and then proceeded with usual crap advice at which point I hung up.

loads and loads of unwanted and unwelcome calls from an accident claims company, who know nothing about my so called accident. Where did they get my number???? Asked them to discontinue calling me, totally ignored this request. A bunch of totally ignorant foreign sounding cold callers who are totally irritating, and will not take no for an answer

I ve several calls a day, every ay except sunday, I want to stop them, its SO irritating.
