Caller says he / she is from Amazon and would like to auto renew prime subscription. Then asks you to turn on your computer and to allow them to connect. I kept them going for a while, then asked their name and a contact number - they hung up. It was an indian accent.

American recorded voice told me that I had had a law suit filed against me. Asked me to press 1 to contact my case officer. Obviously I did not do so. Obvious scam.

They're using recorded messages now to bug people because even THEY can't be bothered to to speak to people anymore, and yet WE are supposed to be interested!!! Dopo ti chiedono di accedere al tuo account bancario per poterti inviare questi soldi che avevi in un conto di trading online. A me hanno detto che avevo 0,69 Bitcoin, vale a dire circa 13.000 euro. NESSUNO TI CERCA PER RESTITUIRTI DEI SOLDI !!!! Sono dei truffatori e basta. Non vi lasciate ingannare.

Insurance - scam - sending me maintenance policy renewal papers for my (16 year old) washing machine and (a twenty year old refrigerator). Aimee was very nice but on a loser with this nonsense. She did not know what brand or how old they were but was quite adamant they had been insuring them since installation but could not tell me which bank had been paying the premiums so wanted such details..Amazingly they ARE that old but spares that still work very well when(rarely) needed.
