This is an insurance claims firm who are really clutching at straws when they call you. Had a guy who new my name when I phoned back. He said he'd just been passed my file....

Caller had my name, postcode, an email address. Claimed a competition win and 10 free euro millions tickets. Wanted bank info and £39 monthly. Guaranteed to win! Confused about who they represented. Online search has no winners only reports of a scam.

This number called my husband and said someone had used his name fraudulently and an arrest warrant was being served and told to press 1 on phone but nothing happened

I keep being called from this number on my mobile and landline asking to speak to my son who died 2 years ago. I have told them numerous times over the past two years but the calls keep coming.They just don t give up!

This number has been calling for month, plus this number has been ringing me sometimes right after each other and it is a nuisance sometimes 6 or 7 times a day. Sometimes I answer this number by accident and recently I asked them to stop ringing and take my number off their list, which has never happened as they refused to do so. An Asian gentleman said he was from talk talk and needed to check my router. Asked for access to my PC which I reluctantly gave as he was able to give me part of my address and my talk talk account number. Offered me a refund of ?200 but I needed to access my bank account. He had control of my PC so I did not want to do this. Hung up on him as he was too persistent for comfort!!!
