It's a scam do NOT trust the people that tell you it's the official number. Ive had a chat with support and they cannot confirm this number and told me not to call that number at any cost. There's even a natwest clone website that could trick many people . Its professionally done and natwest should do something about this immediately as it's one of the top links on google search.

Signed up to a website "Help 2 Buy Windows" claiming grants were available for new windows for energy efficiency reasons. Gave them my home telephone number (a number I rarely give out), address and EMail to allow them to check whether I was eligible. Got EMail stating high volumes were delaying processing, but call this (premium rate) number for instant access to my report. This is a premium rate number, but website states it is a free number. They are a telesales company likely working with EE. There is a lot of negative comments, but this is the way the capitalist world you live in works. Accept you will get these calls, people trying to sell your something.

Irish lad said he was calling about my frozen pension. i played along and made up stuff about a fictitious pension which he VERIFIED. When said I was just digging out the file to get the pension reference number he hung up, l am a pension administrator so can baffle them with terminology. Proves these calls are a scam.
