Had a call from this number yesterday. At the other end of the phone was a robotic recorded voice allegedly calling from HMRC to say that I had carried out fraudulent activity and that a warrant would be issued for my arrest unless I pressed 1 and followed the instructions. When I dialed the number, it was out of order, so it looks like this call was from an overseas number that was spoofing a UK dial-back number.
