Got a text saying it was EE and bill had not gone through. It says click the link to update your billing info. I called the real EE and they said it’s a scam don’t click on the link at all

a machine stating my bank had been hacked press 1 to report it.
They began calling last year and I blocked them. Then they call from a different number. They started from a London number 020 something and then they began calling from my town 01308 294566. The last time was 25/02/16. I called the number back but an automated voice told me it was not an important financial matter and hung up. I m a disabled pensioner. It is either an educated young man or a young woman who tries to keep me on the phone and continues to ask me about accidents. I hung up on her.
He asked to speak to my son I asked who it was he said def logan i called my son he said he didn t know anybody of that name and to tell him he was then going out I passed that message on to him and he said put him on now I said who do you think you are talking to he said you put him on now I said P"ss off and hung up

Answered a call from this number, where the caller, Chris (with a thick Indian accent), claimed to be from O2 and wanted to know how my day was. Since I'm not an O2 customer, I hung up and blocked the number.
02392 910896 number called saying he (indian sounding - and partially broken english) was from Sky (my ISP) asking if I noticed flucktuating BB speeds. I said no, and he went on to tell me why they were. Argued that they wern't. I asked him if he knew that I was suffering from slower internet speeds from what I was paying, then (as he was from Sky) he should be able to tell me what internet speeds I should be getting. The call is not from the UK. These calls originate from Asia, using spoofed UK numbers.
Text Message said I was eligible for the flu jab, and to book via mygp.io app. There was a link to that app, but didn't click it. Suspect it's not genuine, but it did have my correct first name, so will go for neutral for now as I'm the first to review.
