When I dialed the number, it was out of order, so it looks like this call was from an overseas number that was spoofing a UK dial-back number.

Female called saying she was calling about an accident I had reported. I said I hadn t reported an accident and asked where she got the information from. She said she wasn t at liberty to say, then rudely went off on one, ending with it was my fault for not opting out, before slamming the phone down. Opting out of what..? Have blocked caller.

Rang twice, I missed the first and answered the second. As soon as I picked up the line went dead.

I ve been getting several calls a day not just from this number, but from others, too - or sometimes they come up as "unavailable" or "international". All of them are from people with an Indian accent saying that they are calling to fix a problem with my PC and quickly become very rude when questioned. I have an answerphone, so have now stopped picking up. This is obviously some kind of scam

Keep texting every day threatening legal action on behalf of a company who closed down years ago and actually owe me money!

Claimed to be phoning in respect of an accident 2 years ago. When asked which company they were he said he was not calling from a company but from the Claims Team that works with a lot of insurers. Asked him who paid his wages. Eventually he hung up. Scam from top to bottom.

I missed a call, tried to call back - I was expecting a call from unknown mobile number. It cuts off. I sent a message, it bounces back as "phone number is formatted incorrectly". I found others are looking up for a very similar number, just last digits differ, so I guess this is a spam also.

I can reiterate what other people commenting on here have said - this caller never stops calling, they try to harrass you by calling your mobile number, even though they do not know who you are, and I am also SICK of them calling my number since the start of 2017...

18 Oct 2021 - cheeky git tried threatening me with court . Claiming was calling from HMRC and i owed tax. Asked him to confirm when its for and turns out it was 2020, well i, along with a lot of the population was on furlough. I basically argued its HMRCs responsibility to calculate what i pay so its not my fault. Ive had no communication in the post and he will have to take me to court. Voicemail left from what appears to be a computer generated source stating that she was an old aged pensioner and accusing me of stealing her phone. Not very nice as this was left on my daughters phone and we have had the contract for over 2 years.
