This number called at about 2.30 today. Just got a female computer generated voice saying goodbye at the end of the call.

I got a text from what looked like my bank (Santander), saying a lot of money was being taken from my account. It gave this number 03333443057 to call. I called, and they answered HSBC ! I said I thought I was calling Santander, they said I work for both banks (yeah, right!). I said let me have your name and department, I ll call my bank and ask to be put through to you, at which point they promptly hung up.

My TRUECALL device received a call from 01924215367 today. Its operating system would have asked who is calling before asking me whether I wished to accept the call. These maggots keep calling-every few weeks. They claim to be 00Z Group-operating out of Lichtenstein . Despite me telling them the same each time they call-- that I am not interested in trading on stock markets, and have not traded for over 20 years!! I know many people who will no longer answer their landline unless they recognise the callers number. It is businesses like IJT, boiler-room scams and PPI Claim companies who have changed the telephone from a useful tool and friend into a nuisance ridden pain in the arse. Well done everyone!
