SCAM. Several calls from this number claiming to be from Virgin reference an issue with my broadband. They didn’t really get anywhere but one call was extremely abusive, calling my partner all sorts of names. Friend also received call from same number claiming to be from BT with same issue.

The challenge is how long can you keep these people on the phone - 10 minutes is my record. Calling about my car accident, apparentlty refereed by my insurance compny but then they don t know who my insurer is, eventually I asked for their address --- Caller didn t know postcode and then hung up. The address I got was AMS, Oldham Road, east sussex, Manchester. no id3ea if this is true but it is a Manchester dialling code.
