Stated he was from a company called Caledonian. Wouldnt tell me anything about the company or why he was calling until I said I had time to spare to talk properly. I hung up. Obviously trying to either sell me something or claim back PPI or similar. Not very forthcoming. I would avoid this company.

Knew my name, said i had free entries to the lottery!! and are you still at "address" so had that information. However, when i told him i did not give out details he said "oh okay then" and his tone was less friendly and he hung up.

Rude Asian man telling me about a problem with my computer. His supervisor called me back and asked why I had been rude to his staff. I told him that he was rude by saying that he would put a block on my computer and I would have to pay to get it working again. The 3rd call was just shouting at me in a foreign language. Calls 4 and 5 were silent but I could hear the same people in the background.

Appreciate this seems to be a legit and helpful company from the other messages left here, but I just received a call from these guys and had no idea why they were calling me. SCAM I leave my answerphone on permanently for call screening. This number called this morning and the recorded message must have started before the answerphone greeting had finished with the result that I only got a very small part of the message left.
